It is true! If you exercise, you can eat more and not gain weight. Walking my dogs counts as exercise and it is a lot of fun to take them walking. So I decided if I walk them longer, I do not have to stick to a strict diet Click Here!to maintain my current weight. I like that idea!My main reason for dieting is maintenance. My main reason for walking is to exercise my dogs. I plan to combine the two things. I benefit and so do my dogs.

*#1 Eat breakfast.
Do not skip it! It will help you eat less the rest of the day.
*#2 Eat only when you are hungry.
Do not just sit, chips in hand and feed your face. Mindless eating can add a lot of calories to your daily food intake and you will not even be aware of it!
*#3 Stop eating when you get full.
You do not have to eat everything that is put in front of you are served on your plate! Stop when you get full.
*#4 Avoid fast food.
Fast food is all the foods we love. Usually it is fried food, tastes great, and full of calories. It is best to avoid this food period. It does nothing but cause you to overeat and pack in the calories which leads to weight gain!
*#5 Watch the snacks.
Make sure you choose healthy snacks. Reach for the fruits and the veggies. Avoid snacks high in sugar and carbohydrates if you want to lose weight.
